RegCheck reserves the right to amend and change the Terms and Conditions, and is under no obligation to inform you, the customer. Payment and Charges

Statement may be required for VISA/Mastercard users.
All prices stated are in NZD and include/exclude GST. We reserve the right to increase or decrease prices without prior notice.

RegCheck may terminate your membership if a serious complaint(s) is received about you, you breach these terms and conditions, you impersonate another member, or if we at our sole discretion deem your behaviour to be unacceptable.

These terms and conditions will be governed by and constructed in accordance with New Zealand law, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of New Zealand.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions supersede all previous conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements and representations whatsoever whether oral or written, and constitutes the entire agreement, between the parties, relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions.

RegCheck does not warrant that the material contained in this site will be error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free from viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of materials.
